Who we are
This policy applies to spheric-collection.com (Spheric Collection), a shop for downloadable sound libraries and the free Spheric Catalog app. The site is operated from France. Contact: the e-mail published on the About / Help pages.
What we collect and why
- Account & orders — e-mail, password (hashed), billing country (VAT / OSS), order contents and amounts. Purpose: deliver files, invoices, customer area (up to 3 re-downloads), legal accounting.
- Payment — card data is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Anonymous donations — no customer profile, no e-mail, no invoice. An internal order (amount + country from IP) is kept for Stripe and VAT.
- Audience stats — Koko Analytics (page views, no advertising cookies, no sale of data).
- Hosting — o2switch (France): server logs (IP, technical metadata) for security, retained for a limited time.
Legal bases
Contract (purchase and downloads), legal obligation (invoices / VAT), and consent where you create an account or request erasure.
Retention
Accounts and download rights last as long as the account exists. After you delete your account, personal identifiers are erased or anonymised. Order amounts are kept for the French legal archiving period (tax invoices).
Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Use My account (including Delete account) or e-mail us. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Processors
Stripe (payments), o2switch (hosting). Files are delivered from our server; the Spheric Catalog AI model runs locally on your machine.
